Before Using Valium
Before using Valium (Diazepam) you should inform your doctor about any other medications you usually take. If you take over-the-counter drugs such as vitamins, minerals, dietary supplements or herbal products, tell you doctor before you start taking Valium.
You should know that Valium can make you sleepy, so that if you take any drugs with the similar effects, Valium (Diazepam) may add to sleepiness. Another thing to remember about Valium is that it should not be used with alcohol, because it increases the sedative effect and may be harmful.
